Here is another tried and true family recipe! We loved and still do love a homemade cannoli! My mom and I would make them for the many different holidays, when family and friends would come over to our house! I remember them being on a pretty platter in the center of the table, with the green chopped pistachio (dredged in green food coloring) decorating the ends of the cannoli and lightly dusted with powdered sugar! So festive and delicious! My dad loved them! They were a treat for sure!
I now make them with my daughter in my kitchen and feel the memories flood my heart of the days when my mom and I would make these delicious Italian treats! I love carrying on traditions and creating new memories for my daughter to cherish! I am sharing our family cannoli recipe for you to make and share with your friends and family!

Cannoli Filling Recipe
15 oz Ricotta
8 oz powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange rind
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pipe filling into cannoli shells using piping bags.
Dip ends in mini chocolate chips or chopped pistachio.
Dust with powdered sugar.
